Sick of the gross store bought kombucha?? This kombucha is the best I've had in Kansas, by far!! The owner and staff are very sweet and informative. They brew new kombucha every week (at least) and they use ingredients that pair for each season! Check hours and their Facebook before arriving.

Absolutely an amazing business and a tasty product. Best Kombucha I’ve ever tasted! From my visit I learned it is a family owned business. I got to meet the owner and he really knew his stuff. Thanks for everything!

So glad that Wichita finally has a kombucha taproom.
The space is great. The product being put out is amazing. Awesome flavors. Staff is the best.

First time here today, great experience! Lot’s of unique flavors to try! My favorite ones were the coffee and the tropical flavors! Owner was very friendly and gave us great service! Give it a try!

The best darn kombucha I've ever had! Every flavor is perfectly balanced in both flavor and carbonization. Lots of natural flavor, but never too sweet. The perfect amount of refreshing fizz.
It's hard to pick a favorite, but the mojito is delicious! We use it as a tasty, healthy weekend mixer with gin, vodka, or tequila.
It's been fun to watch the tap room come to life over the last few months on instagram (great insta page by the way!). Now that it's open, it's the perfect place to try a flight of flavors and refill a growler for the week.
I'm looking forward to seeing it in more bars and restaurants across Wichita. Keep it up!

Came in because of the Wicked Tour and wish I came in earlier. Got a flight of 4 flavors and really enjoyed all: Coffee, lemon meringue, ginger lemongrass, and green tea. Delicious flavors and will definitely be back for more.

Apollo Fermentations exceeded my expectations. Chris and Katie are amazing booch crafters and people in general. I would sell my first born child to get some more of this booch!
