La semana pasada compre un chorizo y estaba dañado, hoy compre unos cheesecakes y las fresas tenían moho la galleta estaba babosa y el sabor era desagradable, también el otro día encontré un pelo en mi empanada y hoy que recogí mi comida también alguien estaba quejándose de encontrar un pelo en su pollo y uno de los dueños solo estaban sentados en una mesa con su telefono y no hizo nada, cuando el cliente le reclamo a la chica que cuando lo iba a atender y que viera lo que había en su pollo la chica tomó una actitud desagradable y varias otras que trabajan hay también son muy altaneras mal mal mal
Their customer service sucks! Their food is hit or miss. My experience: Their oven baked empanadas and hamburgers are great but their arroz chaufa is sad and terrible. They just mix leftovers- more like a tumbado. Rotisserie chicken is 3/10. I ordered rice and beans and it had no flavor. I don’t think a little salt would hurt anybody. Their steak horrendous. No seasoning and definitely overcook. Their fresh squeezed juice is good but the last time I went there, there was a huge fly stuck in there and they were going to continue making the juice. I guess they lack common sense. This place is basically for just quick bites, not to sit down and have a real meal. And their service sucks. Not sure if it’s their Colombian attitude or what but they are moody and want to sell you whatever they have. Unless you are one of a their regulars guys that hit on them, you won’t get treated that well. That’s the only reason they are still around- for their laborers that go and whistle and talk to these ladies like they are some meat- and these ladies like that!
