We were there at a very busy time but we joined the wait-list before we got there. Very efficient at getting people seated. Our server was also efficient and very friendly. Bright cheerful atmosphere. The food was very slow and arrived cold. We did not send it back. We were very hungry after waiting a half hour. We will give them another try. The menu looks fantastic Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First of all, this place is quaint and charming, despite its size. You walk in and feel like you've walked into a little cafe in a small town where locals gather to sip coffee and have lively conversations over breakfast or lunch. Joining the wait list before arrival is convenient. When we were in on Feb. 4, we were seated five minutes after arrival. The hostess was friendly and we were looking forward to a fabulous family breakfast. From that point forward, everything was in slow motion, from ordering to the delivery of our food, and waiting for the bill. My husband and I shared biscuits and gravy, and I wouldn't order it again. It was ok, but the biscuit had been buttered and grilled, so it wasn't soft like it should be, and it was off putting. The gravy was decent after a hefty dash of salt and pepper. The fruit bowl was good, with the exception of the pineapple, which was cut WAY too close to the core and couldn't be eaten. My daughter liked the tater tot casserole at first, but it quickly lost its appeal because it's very heavy. The biggest disappointment was the Twilight French Toast. We've ordered this in the past. It used to be a wedge slice from a French toast casserole. It was delicious when prepared that way, with the sauce seeping into the crevices and making the already moist dish a little more moist. Now they bake it into a loaf and slice it.There were 6 slices on the plate swimming in sauce, but the bread was so dense that the sauce could not penetrate it, and the end result was not tasty. I'm not sure if the bread was stale, or just not good, but the entire dish, which is quite expensive by the way, was a huge disappointment. We told the waitress, and she said they changed it a while back because when they'd reheat it, it wouldn't reheat evenly and sometimes the inside was still cool. (I'd prefer that, thank you.) She asked if we'd like it remade. We had already been there an inordinate amount of time and had somewhere to be and told her we couldn't wait. She told us she could take it off the bill, and we said that would be great because it wasn't good and this was my daughter's breakfast, and is also her lunch for work that day because it took so long she doesn't have time to stop at home before work. The waitress didn't take it off the bill, presumably because my daughter had to take it for lunch, and said nothing to us. Don't tell someone you're going to take something off the bill and not do it. My daughter couldn't even bring herself to eat it at lunch so most of it was thrown away. During all of this, none of the dirty dishes were removed from the table. There was no apology for the lackluster food. We had to wait a long time to order and for the food to come to the table and for the bill to be brought out. If I didn't know better, I'd think this was a new place, learning the ropes. We will not be back to this location, but I hope that your experience is much better than ours was. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Although the blonde host was very short and rude, even the girl with the blonde curly hair Seating us had an attitude. Our waitress Leah was amazing. She did such a great job had such a beautiful positive attitude it made up for the negativity in the beginning. The other two should not be working in customer service. The food was 10/10 Menu selections everything was fresh will definitely be back! Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Sausage

Shalom, Travel Shramitarian here with a gem 💎 for the lovers of breakfast and brunch if your ever in the metro Detroit area (Westland) MI don’t hesitate to vibe your way to Anna’s House for some of the best vegan/vegetarian options for breaking your fast with. It’s been a min since I’ve had the time to hip y’all on how I eat. It’s always a pleasure of course. It’s one thee only places that gives you a full spectrum of traditional American breakfast foods with a few options that have a little unconventional quality to it then Anna’s House is the spot to connect with their customer service is top tier. The girls there are great at providing a experience of the 70’s with the restaurants aesthetics reminds me of that 70’s show for some reason but has no relevance 😂. Don’t worry they also offer dishes that contain animal and dairy and butter and all the things I miss eating out of convenience and some pescatarian dishes I believe don’t quote me on that, and vegetarian dishes for sure, they have free parking and that’s always a plus when your dining out but I must warn you that this restaurant is a real breakfast spot it closes at 3pm everyday is the only downside to this place I can think of other than that on weekends it can get crowded fast but its in my opinion always worth the wait and they also have a breakfast bar you can sit yourself if you don’t have time to wait on busy days it is kid friendly so as always enjoy and save me some please!
