Love the food here! It's hard to find a good place for ramen unless your in Boston so when I found out this place was right outside the shipyard where I work I was ecstatic. The broth and noodles are always amazing and there so many good options to choose from. If your dying for some authentic ramen without having to travel all the way to Mass this place is a must! They also have great appetizers and drinks and most of the ingredients used are sourced by local farmers markets. This is the best coconut broth I’ve ever had. We subbed the salmon for the chicken in the laska!! They gladly altered the dish for us. Buns were amazing. We really enjoyed watching the staff. Very calm and collected. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Cute little in town lunch spot. The bar buns were delicious. The Shirley temple was non alcoholic so the girls wanted to try it. I don't think they realized rose water was in it and it threw them off a bit. It was very refreshing. Our family is not very adventurous so the menu was a little limited for us. The soups we ordered were delicious. I can't tell you the name of them, but I ordered the pork belly one and my daughter ordered the pork. Both were good and the broth was amazing. They even offered a plain bowl of noodles and broth for my little one. I would stop by again. The staff was knowledgeable and kind. Nice place. On our way to this quaint hole in the wall bar, we stopped here as our stomachs rumbled. And boy I'm glad we stopped! From electric personalities crafting dishes of art in the kitchen that you can watch from the bar, to the from scratch food it's self. No carton broths here, no shortcuts. Authentic Ramen and Asian Street food. This is the place to detour too. I myself got the okonomiyaki, which is a dish I've -always- wanted to try. From the heavy proper drizzling of kewpie mayo and Japanese barbecue sauce, to the savory doughy inch thick goodness filled with lightly pickled cabbage, tender pork belly and chunks of sliced shrimp and seafood. Topped with billowy Bonito flakes. This dish is salty, mouthwateringly savory, hint of sweetness and -filling-. You definitely get that and more for what you pay for. And watching other dishes being prepared in front of me, I gotta come back again and again, to eat through the menu! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Okonomiyaki

Servers and cooks: PLEASE eat before your shifts start! I watched on Saturday as 2 servers and 1 cook continually ate behind the bar area. None of them washed their hands before serving and preparing food. I watched one cook finish a bag of chips or something, wiped his mouth with his entire hand and went right back to cooking. One server noticed me watching her as she was eating and turned her back to me and still kept eating. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A very hustling atmosphere. This is a hot spot, We put our names on the wait list and waited for an hour. The coconut mushroom appetizer was absolutely exceptional and I wish I had ordered one all to myself, so delicious! I ordered a duck meal thinking it was ramen and it was a full on noodle meal (my mistake). I tasted a friends ramen and I immediately regretted that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong dish. I would love to return and try more apps and in fact order some ramen. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our first time visiting and definitely won't be the last. It's a small quiet atmosphere which is nice, I like to be able to hear the person I'm with. We tried a few different items off the menu and they were all exceptional. Definitely a kittery gem! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I read a lot about this spot and always wanted to stop when driving by Kittery. We finally did. We got the tahini crusted cauliflower, banh mi bun, xi’an cumin lamb noodles. All were really really good. The chocolate banana bread pudding however was out of this world!! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50
