This was our first time eating here, we just happened to be in town for some work. The food was so good! Large portions, for the money. The wait staff were all very friendly & fast. We ate our main course before I thought to take any pictures, but I took pictures of our desserts. Bread pudding & hot fudge brownie sundae. Portion was huge and prices are really reasonable, great even. The service was fantastic as well when we came on a weekday and past lunch hours. Food is great and tasty. Great lunch. Wife had Haddock Chowder and I had the Haddock sandwich. They gave me mozzarella cheese sticks in place of fries and I threw the marinara sauce on the sandwich - boom. Lunch is served. Great little stop and worth pulling over for a meal. Great staff, and can you believe Coke and Pepsi in the same room! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Really good restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised by the inside of this place. Great selection of food options and sides. My prime rib looked overdone but was rare just like I ordered. It was very good. The onion rings were really good and hand breaded. My lobster stew was fantastic. The clam strips were delicious as well. I was so impressed with everything about this restaurant. If you want the Maine lobster experience this is your place. We arrived as the place opened at 11:00 an adorable hostess came out with the biggest smile and welcomed the crowd waiting flipped over the open sign and began seating the guests. A friendly gentleman man was finding tables as the hostesses were seating everyone. We chose outdoor seating right by the water. The view was fantastic it looked like what I pictured Maine to look like. We ordered the down east lobster experience. It came with clam chowder, a whole lobster, corn potatoes and mussels. For dessert it came with a delicious slice of blueberry pie. As we ate we saw the lobster boats coming in and selling their catches. We couldn't have hoped for a better experience.
