Not only did they get my take out order wrong, with one of the items I paid extra money for being replaced with a cheaper version. But the cashier was also rude when I asked if I could have more sauce to cover a large number of items, something that should not be a problem since the sauce is not limited when you eat at the table. After I had to insist that the tiny container of sauce did not correlate with the number of items that were ordered, I was finally handed one additional small sauce container while the cashier looked visibly annoyed. This establishment needs to understand that providing a high level of customer service is as important as the quality of the food. I’d love to support this small business but when people are consistently treated in a rude manner, as many people have already stated in the reviews, there’s no other option than to look for other alternatives in the market. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Unlike many here, we’ve had a very positive experience with the owner on both visits. Both times she brought children’s books to our son as he is rambunctious and it’s difficult for a two year old to sit still for a whole meal. We’ve never experienced any attitude or rudeness. We’ve tried several items on the menu and have most enjoyed all the arepas and cachapas, I would suggest sticking to those rather than venturing out to the full plate options (which are very generous in size, but we’ve felt they lack a bit of flavor). We have not experienced this restaurant to be dirty at all, in fact both times we have been in they were mopping the floors. The decor and layout may not be on par with concepts that have a lot of capital to invest, but that doesn’t mean it is dirty. This is a small business owned by a family who has taken the risk to sign a lease, invest in equipment, furniture and fixtures so that they can share a piece of their culture with a customer base from their country and those in the country they live in now. I applaud them for their step to leave a legacy and create, something most individuals would never aspire to.
Food was good. If you decide to go there don't expect "great" customer service. I love to support local businesses, but this one with several years on the market should already learned to take care of people. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I always order the beef stew without the meat pieces and ... I cry internally each time with each bowl. So good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
It's a lot of food! The only thing is that its okay food. It could be better. It's not terrible just the flavors could be more! That was today, in the past I really enjoyed it. So I will be back.

Besides the arepas being burned, I thought the price for one arepa was quite steep $8.00 for one in comparison with Pupusas (salvadoreña food) price of around 2 to 3 dlls each and bigger.
Yum. Food is so fresh and savory. We will be going back. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
The empanadas are the best! High in protein. :D Food: 5

This was really good food (and from the looks of the place, very authentic).and the prices are excellent considering what you get. I will be coming back very soon (and probably often).
