Found a large plastic bottle cap in my taco, Team leader thought it was funny when I brought it back in. Probably should go to a different location.

I just love Shannon in the Highlands drive-through in the mornings. She has the best customer service ever and is very personable! There are so many restaurants where people are simply working and you can tell don’t want to be there. You won’t find that with Shannon! Great food, great coffee and great service! I just walked in and stood at the counter for a full 60 seconds with the cashier standing right in front of me and she went about her business and spoke to other employees without even making eye contact or a simple greeting letting me know she'd be with me soon. She obviously did not want a customer, so I left without either of us saying one word. Super awkward. I'd recommend a location with better employees. I'm done putting up with that kind of service.
