If Google gave an option to rate them a zero for service I would. The moment we walked in to out seats, not one waiter or waitress came to assist us, NONE! Mind you, they weren't busy at all as there was only 1 patron dining there at the time. After eventually managing to get a waitresses attention after 15 minutes, nothing improved thereafter. Except for taking our drinks order, EVERY SINGLE TIME thereafter that I needed assistance or simply wanted to put through an order, I had to leave my table and walk to the bar to ask the waitress serving me for things. CAN YOU IMAGINE?! The staff showed zero shame in this and it went on like this for the entire time I was there, except for her clearing our plates and cups twice. The chocolate brownie for 70 bucks was horrible and there was an insect in the ice cream. When I brought this to their attention, I was told it probably came in from outside and not the kitchen. They proceeded to remove the scoop of ice cream and replace it with another. I couldn't eat it after that so I ordered a plain chips. If there's one thing you cannot possibly get wrong, it's chips. Our chips were not fried properly and were oily. The plates and cutlery were also dirty. I was exhausted by this time and didn't have the energy to wake up again to complain. Let me tell you though, when it came to paying the bill, they were super efficient in bringing that to our table 🙂. The waiter that brought it ignored us the whole time we were there but when it came to us paying he suddenly found his mouth and wanted to talk nicely. Tsek, as if you're gonna get a tip now for "trying" to be nice. Amici needs to buck up and train their staff properly. I'll never eat here again anyway. The staff are always friendly. The food has become worse over the years. ...Unsure why since they're in such a lovely estate. Usually it's always when you grab a takeaway from them. Example. The last time I ordered a simple crumbed chicken burger. The chicken was dry and the crumbs close to being crispy. Overall pretty disappointing and upsetting. - The last chance I'm giving this restaurant. Before that, their chefs proved that they struggled to make a simple pasta. The tomatoes tasted like they came straight out of a can, plus struggled with little understanding on how to balance the textures and flavours off the meal. Plus, a few more examples over the years.

The T bone I ordered was a tough as leather. The Italian salad consisted of 5 leaves of lettuce, three pieces of cheese and two miniatrure tomatoes. The kitchen staff were so loud chatterring that I had to get up from my table and tell them to speak softer. Once they shut up, then the staff at the bar started talking so loud amongst themselves and with the blarring music from the TV made me even more irritated. For what I paid for the dry steak and puny salad, I will not be going back

I am so disappointed... I have been saving my cheat for a really good pasta and thought I would give this place a try. I had the Alfredo. The mushrooms still taste like brine (cammed mushrooms) the sauce has no flavour. Extremely saddened by this pasta dish.

The pizza arrived ice cold after watching Uber eats only take 5 min to deliver. When I phoned Amici the arrogant idiot who answered the phone told me it wasn’t his problem I must complain to Uber eats. Don’t use this restaurant as clearly there is no proper management. You people are useless.

I'm so impressed. Delicious pasta and no 'fake sauce' just fresh ingredients and cream. Finally I found a good pasta restaurant :-). I ordered through uber eats. Thank you
