Unlike the other Amazon I went to, this one is super unclean!
The place deserves a deep clean… it was not busy at all when I was here. Instead of playing mobile game with customer and scroll through the phone, the staff should use the time to clean the table, spider web, the floor and the glass wall on the front.
Management should level up the standard!

Nice drinks but the place needs a very good clean! There are cobwebs everywhere with flies and insects stuck in them, under the tables are not cleaned with thick dust covering the tables by the door. It was not busy when we arrived but the staff do not clean the tables with dirty dishes from when people leave, they were hiding behind the counter, it took for a customer (friend of the worker) to shout his name so they would come to the front and serve people.
Management might want to up their standards.

Very original taste of their brand not even in Phnom Penh, but also in other.
My honestly, I really appreciated to their local staffs, that time I forgot my phone (iPhoneX) at the counter of bill or cash collector. And they kept it for me (thank guys)
Please let me go to them if you also an Amazon fans.

I don't normally go to Amazon (for many reasons). I went in with a friend recently and I really didn't know what I wanted to order (I was taking a very long time to decide). One of your staff members stepped forward and started asking me what types of things I like to drink.
Within a short time this lovely staff member had suggested a drink for me and I ended up loving it. 5 years in Cambodia and I have never had someone care that much about their job and their customer. Thank you for the amazing customer service.

They literally just sell drinks. Came here for breakfast which was clearly quite silly. I didn't realise at the time this was a drink only cafe. Add a few pastries in the mix and I'd have been chuffed. Staff were great though and my iced coffee was good.

Small little place with good coffee. Sometimes it's very crowded and the staff don't clean up right away, which unfortunately makes the place look messy

The another cafe branch in Battambang city. Nice decorations as the other places. Price of drinks are the same as other branches (e.g a cup of hot cappuccino is $1.60). For parking lots, motorcycle is enough but car is limited space. Good space for a group of four people.
