We've had instances where our online or phone orders weren't prepared on time. We were given an estimated wait time, but upon arriving at the cafe, we found out they hadn't even begun making our drinks. This disrupts our schedule because we have to wait for them to make our drinks. Usually, the cafe tends to be empty at this time with much not much customers. Apart from that, the drinks are great. This Castro Valley bakery has the CUTEST character macarons ever! Be sure to bookmark this place for your dessert needs! These treats are also available on Doordash!
