One of the best places to have shawarma sandwich in Tripoli. The service is good and quick, the staff are friendly. The hygiene is good. The design and ambiance of the restaurant is very unique.
The only restaurant in Tripoli to cook the shawarma using charcoal, which gives a very unique and original taste. Very delicious!

It was my fist time trying the food there. I was recommended to try the shawarma, but unfortunately there wasn't any left when I arrived late at night. I ordered the "four wheeler" sandwich, which is basically chicken breast, lettuce, and some special sauce of their own. Tbh I didn't like it at all, the chicken was kinda overcooked and dry. The lettuce was extremely bitter and ruined the taste for me. I'd give it another try next time, while excluding the lettuce of course or ordering something else. I gave it 2 stars because of the very welcoming staff.
Prices are fair: sandwiches range around 60(

The service is satisfactory, and the flavor is enjoyable. It’s essential to find a method to increase the amount of fats in the shawarma skewer, which will enhance the smoky effect and intensify the charcoal flavor in the chicken.

Trying the horizontal shawerma chicken on charcoal, the chicken was tender but tasted like grilled chicken (lightly spiced), it needs more flavors. But in overall the sandwich was great and filled with good quality ingredients.
I will definitely come back to try other things on the menu.

The food is so delicious! However the service is toooo slow. They gave us the order in 2 different batches (with like 20 minutes difference between them) even though we ordered just 4 sandwiches.
