Food was super dank. Sauces and sides were killer. We opted for the pulled pork sandwiches. Good portion on the sides.

The staff were all extremely kind. The guy at the front was also spot on with the recommendations. Every bbq place is judged by the brisket. And the brisket here is legendary!

I went here because I wanted to support a local business and not just snowshoe funded restaurants. I ordered the Ribs combo. As the worker (I believe it's the owner) was packing up my order and kept looking back at me. Trying to see if I could see him
I know why... He gave me completely burnt food. I am not saying bbq burnt like actual burnt ribs. All the meat was burned. he knew what he was doing.. this really saddens me. I wish his business the best of luck but for me I feel scammed..
