I order the personal veggie and large meat lovers for delivery and the veggie came without the olives. I called to see if anything could be done and the lady on the phone was very rude said that it wasn’t a big deal, I said yes but that is one of the reasons why I ordered it she said the same thing again “okay, that’s fine it’s not a big deal” and when I asked for her name she said “you talk to owners” I said okay and she hung up the phone. Her customer service was awful, she was impolite, and unkind. I have been going here for the past three years, the pizza is really good, and I have never had an issue with customer service it’s really sad having someone like that represent such a nice establishment Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 1

Poor customer care. Video game took money 💵 and attendant didn't care by saying "Too Bad" You are now giving an apology after I submit a review of your less than caring attitude. I came in and spent my hard earn money in your establishment and you got greedy with your machines. I can tell you have a I don't care attitude while you were playing games and drinking when I came to order. I do apologize for interrupting your game and drinking time . If you (the owner) are not happy with your establishment maybe it is time to move on so someone else can care and be happy serving hungry folks. Been coming here when I was a kid with my parents and now I'm a parent coming here with my kids! I grew up on all star pizza came here in highschool with my friends! Worse sandwich I have ever had in my whole life. The man at the bar got mad because I returned what I thought was a sandwich some hot pizza with wilted lettuce so we ordered our grinders and when we got home there was one slice of deli meat soaked in vinegar in a 16 inch piece of bread I will never go back to order a sandwich Ever ever ever again. I will say this pizzarea was indeed a good spot for games and the food is great, not bad. The sport bar is pretty good, you can watch your sports team in tv and cheer. It pretty good place. First time here, ordered Family #5 to go My rating 10 being Delicious Pizza's were a 4 -they're big BUT SUPER GREASY I ordered one with jalapeños and they're skimpy with 'em and they're not spicy The wings a 1- I ordered EXTRA HOT even the cashier said the hot WERE NOT HOT she should've told me they were EXTRA DRY and I wouldn't have got them The cheese garlic bread I rate a 1, so over cooked when I bit into it sounded like I was biting toast- too hard for my liking. The salad a 7 I think it's the only thing I liked nothing special. For the price I paid I was expecting deliciousness but now I know and I won't be returning, wonder if Todd McDonald is still the owner my husband says 🤔

This place might be a little rough around the edges but the workers are extremely friendly and the crowd inside are vary lively. The price for a pie (🍕) for the quality you can't beat tbh I love coming here especially for the beer 🍻 . Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

The pizza is absolutely delicious. And the prices are still really great for the quality and quantity. Plenty of games for the kids. Some claw machines that are play till you win which is nice for little ones. Games are not overpriced either. My brother and I have been going here for many many years watching football watching baseball and just spending time together brothers are supposed to do that and that's what we do every weekend it's a great place take family friends and make a lot of happy memories thanks all star..
