Nice restaurant w/ good food if you’re looking for a quick meal. The only reason i didn’t rate the food 5 stars is due to those tasteless rolls they give you. I guess because they are complimentary however, they should still taste good without the brown sugar butter they come with. I believe they need a better flavored dough… and it’s dry. Otherwise, i really like this place! The nachos, wings & margaritas are top tier 🙌🏾 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This has been my father’s fav restaurant for years. We are regular patrons. Yesterday afternoon we ordered a large carry out order. I got food poisoning from the turkey burger with avacado. I had not eaten anything else that day. It took about 12+ hours for me to begin to feel sick and then I quickly became violently ill. It has been a painful ordeal and emergent care could not offer any remedy other than diagnosing me with food poisoning. I was advised to call the restaurant to let them know, in the interest of public health. Mike answered the phone and was immediately defensive, dismissive, and rude. He didn’t listen to me, talked over me, and denied my experience. Considering the positive relationship I’ve had with this establishment for so many years, I was surprised, offended, and disappointed. I missed work and am still recovering from the ordeal. All he had to do was say he’d look into it. I was only trying to inform them. I would have chalked it up to an isolated, unfortunate incident. After his response, i will never trust eating there again and I would not advise anyone else to risk their lives eating somewhere that would be so callous about a severe illness and potential problem at their business. We've been coming here since they opened. Overall, the food is pretty tasty and the wait staff is courteous. Tonight, we ordered a crab dip, calamari, 4 drinks, and 4 dinners. The crab dip was way too salty. The 4 of us each had a few bites and couldn't eat it. This was a first. I asked the waiter to remove the crab dip from our bill. Mike, the manager, gave us half off because "half was eaten". Really? We each ate some so yes, half was gone. The waiter was great and it wasn't his fault, but Mike has very poor management skills. We've spent a lot of money here over the years and to not remove one $15 inedible appetizer is ridiculous. He gave my friend and I an attitude once also when my friends and II requested two tables on a slow weekday instead of cramming into one booth. We won't be back. More than best Foodies

This place gives the feel of a sports bar. The food is ok at best and definitely not worth the cost. My tilapia was rather wet and the steaks aren’t cooked all the way. If you bring more than 6 be ready for gratuity to be added to your check without warning. Honestly I wasn’t impressed. Oh and I forgot that the food takes a long time to even get to the table and if you have to send something back because it’s wrong prepare for everyone at the table to be totally done their food. Every weekend, we have been going here for the past 3 years to watch the Ravens play. Today, all of a sudden, they wouldn't let us sit inside 2 separate booths for our party of nine. The hostess who is very tall with strawberry blonde could not have provided worse customer service as she continued to roll her eyes at us whenever we spoke. When the manager came out, we mentioned that every weekend we sit in separate booths. He became aggravated and we sat there for 30 minutes as they said our table would be ready shortly. After those 30 minutes, we asked what was happening with our table. We were finally told they were waiting for our whole party to arrive, which they have never done. They also just kept staring at us and talking. It was the worst experience we've had with them. We have the been such loyal customers for years, coming at least once a week for a long time. We ended up going to the one in Aberdeen and had a great experience with them! Sat us in separate booths immediately with NO problem.

I thought the mesquite grilled parseman peppercorn chicken was delicious. It comes with wild rice and you also get 2 sides. The portion was a normal size. Server was very attentive and nice. Ok, all American Steakhouse. So I was there for the games. Had a nice time and ordered the Cajun pasta to go for my daughter and myself. You have got to do something about the grease. This is becoming one of our favorite places. Awesome food, really wonderful service. Great bar / drinks. We went in the afternoon for lunch, wasn't too packed but definitely got busy ... It was my first time ever at this franchise but the experience was made special by Nick (?), who was taking super good care of us. He made sure everything was ok a couple of times, brought us drinks (and refills) really quickly and was extremely friendly and accommodating throughout. The food was really good, too and the portions were more than enough.
