Service was friendly, fast and courteous. I called in for take out sausage, breakfast burritos. My order was ready when I arrived at the store. I was greeted by a friendly young lady and I was asked how she could help, I told her I called my order, and she quickly responded with my name and order.
Burritos were a little bit smaller than usual (hince only 4 stars) but, still delicious.

Although I live 60 yards away from Alibertos in Wagon Wheel the one in PINETOP so much better , in the last two years, everything is declined during labor portion sizes every day I order the same thing one taco with cheese no lettuce or carne asada burritos the last time I was there I barely got any meat I try to get them by telling them can you please add more meat. They charge me and I get a regular portion.
PINETOP is always consistent good food atmosphere and I always leave with a smile on my face

Carne Asada Fries
Possibly the absolute worst Mexican food we've ever had. It was incredibly expensive to boot -- we'd have been better off had we gone to Taco Bell. I'd give it minus 5 stars if that was an option.
We ordered two combination plates, one with beef tacos, and one with a tostada and enchilada, both served with rice and beans. The first was $11.27 and the second was $11.28, with an added charge of $.50 for a tablespoon of white onion added to the enchilada. Without that added onion, the "enchilada" would have been, to me, inedible. It was simply shredded cheese rolled up in a tortilla and warmed up a bit. I could tell it was shredded cheese because it hadn't even melted. That's ALL that was in the enchilada -- no meat, no beans, NOTHING but a little melted cheese. And, the extra fifty cents worth of white onion. The "tostada" was maybe 2 tablespoons worth of beans smeared on a hard tortilla, with a little shredded lettuce on top, and it was dumped on top of the "enchilada" in a styrofoam take-out container, even though we ate inside the restaurant. Nearly $12 for what amounted to 2 tortillas, 2 tablespoons of beans, 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese, and a little wilted lettuce. Oh, but don't forget the rice and beans that came with -- the rice was kind of orange, but tasted of nothing. The beans tasted like they'd just come out of a can and had a little bit of taste -- which was the most flavor of anything on the plate. The taco plate did have about a tablespoon of some kind of meat in the taco shells, also totally lacking in any kind of flavor. We were absolutely stymied as to why there was a steady stream of cars going through the drive-up the entire time we were there. Maybe they were all dumb tourists who didn't know to avoid this place, like us. All in all, with one drink and tax, we spent over $28.00 on what amounted to about $4.00 worth of actual food -- and that's being extremely generous.
The lady who took our order wasn't personable or professional, but acted as if we were simply annoying her. Someone else was mopping the floor as we entered, at about 2:00 pm, with all the chairs upside down on the center tables, and big industrial type heavy rubber fatigue mats rolled up in the seats of the booths. Nice that they mopped, but it would have been even better if they had actually wiped down the tables. Ours was sticky, and there were chunks of rice and other things on the bench seats. The window next to us was home to a half-dozen flies. Will NEVER go to an Aliberto's again, anywhere.

Tonight was ridiculous. Usually this place is not that bad, even tho they never listen all the time. My GF went to pick up her last taco and it fell apart. There was one little tiny piece of meat in the entire taco. Alibertos has gotten so ridiculous with the employees not caring
I'm a bit frustrated with the service I received tonight. Usually have no problems here but tonight was very difficult. The employee seemed to have a hard time understanding me. We were the only car in the drive thru and not a single person inside. Yet we had a 10 minute wait for 2 breakfast burritos and 3 rolled tacos with extra cheese. We got 1 drink when we paid and she forgot the 2nd drink. Then when I asked for the drink she looked at me as if I were out of it and didnt order one. Checked the receipt and sure enough she owed us one. The rolled tacos I ordered were extra cheese that I confirmed 2 times. I'll attach the picture with this review of the extra cheese that I as charged for. Usually I love this place and until tonight I had rated it 5 stars. Please hire someone who can understand your customers orders.
