This is such a unique place. With the market, the restaurant (called Taproom Bistro), and the mini bowling alley in the same building. I like that this is right in my backyard. The restaurant atmosphere is updated and cozy. There is a fireplace on the enclosed second-floor patio of the restaurant with lots of overhead heating units, so it's nice to sit out there even in the winter. We went at 5:30 pm and it wasn't busy at all. When we left about 7, it was much more crowded. Our server was excellent. She was very helpful with the menu. Our drinks were perfect. We asked if they could make the Sangria stronger and the bartender was happy to oblige. We ordered a boom-boom shrimp appetizer that was very good. I had the fish and chips and that piece of fish was huge! I like that the breading wasn't too thick. My friend had the Chicken Shawarma and she said it was very good. So much so that she had to take half home. Since I was there for my birthday, my friend and I decided to try the Deep Fried Twinkies. They were delicious, so much better than I expected. There are two, so it's perfect for sharing between two people. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Fish & Chips

Really wanted to like the Taproom but there were so many problems! Recently moved to the area from Rochester and have been looking for new places to dine. First the tap menu is totally unorganized it's extremely difficult to sort through all these taps without it being at least sorted and separated in some logical fashion they have wines, seltzers, beers and kombucha which are all mixed up and you don't know which one is which they only go by name and the staff doesn't even know which is which . She ordered an odd side Seltzer and it came to the table totally flat.. I then ordered the ldv Burger medium... When the burger came it was some fried pickle burger NOT what I ordered. The waitress said she put it in the computer wrong and then when my burger finally came about 20 minutes later it was well done. She asked me how the burger was and I said well I ordered it medium and this is well done and she did nothing about it. We both thought the meals were meh... Then when the check came they overcharged me by $3 for my beer# 29 said $8 and they charged me $11. I pointed this out and they ultimately corrected it, but this is extremely poor customer service they offered no compensation in any way for all their failures. I would not return to this place. Decided to give their brunch and try and we will definitely be back. We started with the bloody mary and spiked cold coffee flights. This added a fun twist to our preferred drinks plus each drink on the flight was pretty good! For our meals we went with chicken and waffles, buscuits and gravy and the beef shawarma hash. The chicken was definitely the best part of the chicken and waffle plate. Overall the beef shawarma hash and buscuits and gravy were amazing. The menu states their buscuits and Gravy are house-made and this is evident. Definitely the best buscuits and gravy in the area!! Also, not sure how they do it but the grilled breakfast potato's are amazing!! I was the one who ordered the chicken and waffles and next time I go here for brunch I will definitely be going with either the beef shawarma hash it buscuits and gravy. Out in the middle of no where but a great adventure to get to. My adventure was a company party. Food was excellent, definitely a place to consider. We had an open bar and they took really good care of us. After words we went up stairs and the crew had a great time bowling, yes bowling at a gas station. As we left, took a little walk about around the store area, a great variety of things to choose from, prices were a bit high but the quality looked good. Definitely make your way out and check this place out! (Sorry no pics, it was a company outing and my wife preferred I didn’t do a full review) Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Bakery
Great place for dinner. Their lamb and Kafka great! I decided to take my wife out to try their new breakfast menu. Extremely disappointed. I decided to try their basic breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and toast. The eggs were ok but the potatoes were Luke warm and extremely oily as if they were just sitting in the pan after having been REHEATED. The bacon was burnt to a crisp! not crispy. The sausage was luke warm also. The toast was so saturated it almost seemed deep fried. All in all, Not satisfied with the quality of their breakfast. Over oiled, over cooked, and reheated. Definitely needs some attention to be on par with their dinner menu. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Lamb Chops

This place is amazing. A great selection in the market area, some really great hard to finds. The brunch and Bloody Mary flights we delicious. The server was GREAT! She was a more mature woman (older than the other servers). I wish I had gotten her name for reference. She had great suggestions. Her attitude and demeanor were just the kind we enjoy. Definitely will be back. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had read about this place and finally got a chance to go. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the market downstairs was very unique. I don't think I have ever seen such a variety of packaged meals to go, or beverage options. Next time I would like to try the virtual reality 'game', and the bowling. And to think, all this at a gas station. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Emma was outstanding and made our night with her amazing service. She helped us pick out the best grub and drinks. She was super friendly and even had her boss take us to the banquet room that we didn’t even know they had. 10/10 would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to try something new with a twist. We had a couple bowling lanes reserved and were eating table side while we played. I will be back 100% and asking for Emma. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our expectations were higher! The food is OK at the best. While they used high-quality ingredients, our foods were served cold. All the kabobs were served raw-medium without asking us, and one of our foods came out later than others as it seemed our waiter missed it. This is quite an expensive restaurant, we expected a much better service and food. You could actually buy the same foods in their market half price. The market has a good variety and a nice collection of liquors, but again, the prices are almost double compared to other supermarkets. I do not recommend it.
