Not only did you guys mess up the birthday cake we ordered and PAYED FOR but you guys treated my mother like she was trying to steal the cake we payed for. If I could give you 0 stars I would. You guys have the nastiest attitude all the damn time.
As a visitor from UK to San Diego, I find Albertsons a great place to shop for anything I need,the produce and all you could ever need is fresh and well stocked and well presented. The staff are extremely polite and very helpful without having to ask. I would recommend Albertsons to anyone ,shop here and you won't be disappointed. Keep up the good work Albertsons!!! 👏
Very rude had to bag my own groceries I am disabled with a neck and back injuries the manager looked at me didn't care laughed as we left couldn't believe it not even worth complaining nothing will be done!!!!!!! Third time now why do I go only place close!!! 2nd Review on Albertson's same manager name Kenny lazy ,rudeness ,tries to act like a teenager higher up supervisors need to look!!!!!!😡😡 Then you watch the security guard smoke her dope good job!!!!☠️in her black truck Update no change except motor home liveing on the sidewalk selling drugs go bye take away look my god!!!!👮‍♂️👮

We were in need of an Unicorn cupcake cake for our great-niece's 3rd birthday. I had gone to 3 bakeries and they could not create it (including our local Albertsons). I called a couple more and the wanted $4-5 a cup cake. I was at a loss so posted on our local community Facebook page with a photo and received several responses but one of the suggestions I knew the quality of their cakes and choose to pass. However Amanda, the bakery manager of Albersons in Casa De Oro reached out and said they could if I didn't mind driving a little further. I ordered and when I picked up our order I was excited Anthony, cake artist, exceeded our expectations! We are beyond excited, and pleased with the beautiful cupcake cake! Thank you a million times over! Wish I could post a picture of the finished product.

I usually shop at Vons on Fridays but this Albertsons has pretty much everything that we need. There's plenty of parking and it's easy to spot this location. This store is on top of keeping it clean and organized. The staff seems very friendly and helpful. They also have Self-checkout, which I really like. Just use the same app as Vons for coupons and Deals.
Barbaric practices. Reflection of the management. Paying customers shouldn’t have to run all over the store asking multiple employees for the bathroom code, while everyone says “I don’t know the code”. It’s inhumane to make people ask to use the restroom. It’s also inhumane to provide the explanation of, “we lock the restrooms from homeless”. Homeless people are still humans. If they need a restroom have a heart. They will just go outside anyways which causes diseases and sanitation issues for the communities. Customers pay your salaries. Shame on you!
There was a mess on this isle and it took someone over 30 minutes to clean it. I went all around the store, picked out items and came back and the spill was still there. Someone is not doing their job!

HUGE THANK YOU to the bakery! My little brother passed away and we ordered a cake to celebrate his birthday. I asked for green border because it was his favorite color... My son picked the cake up and I didn't bother to ask him how it looked just if he checked it. We got to the celebration and we were blown away! The BLUE BORDER CHOSEN WENT PERFECTLY WITH THE PICTURE I asked to be placed! No place could or would have done this better! Thank you so very much team!

Because of health issues, I've had to stop the alcohol, namely wine. I found some alcohol-free wine at this Albertson's but not very many bottles. I spoke with John, the store manager and he had it stocked within a couple of days and told me he had more in the back. Absolutely beyond what he needed to do for me. Friendly man, also. Most everyone is friendly and helpful.
I asked very nicely the cashier in the presence of this guy named Kevin who suppose to be the manager to enter my phone number into the cash register so i can see the discount being applied to my bill when buying 2 bags of chips and 3 boxes of soda. The discount was applied on the chips but not on the soda, Kevin just stairred at me not willing to fix the problem but instade he asked me to leave or else he threatened to call the police on me for not leaving, but there was no reason for him to act this way. He was even more upset at me after i started to record him when he was asking me to leave and insisted even more that I should leave, so I did, but I did tell him I will report this incident to his managers, then I did. So I did file a complaint against him with the main regional manager named Steve Rainheart. Kevin was very rude, he didn't care to provide the appropriate service to fix the problem like any good customer service worker would do. I alwayes shop from Albertsons, I had 1/2 a basket of grocery that it took me one hour to shop and i needed those grocery at the time to eat, then he asked me to leave like i was some low class customer who was a trouble make, instead of fixing the price in the register for the soda. Wow... He was definitely the craziest manager i have ever delt with. The next day I did file a complaint to 3 of his managers which all apologized about the wrong way he treated me. The conclusion of this matter, after a weekvthe main manager told me that he had a talk with Kevin, Kevin was a new manager still being trained and Kevin was verry sorry that he behaved this way. I was given a $25 gift certificate to return and shop there with out being bothered ever again by Kevin. But I'm keeping this post to remind Kevin Justice was a good karma that did teach Kevin how to behave and how to act as a good manager should. But i will change the 1 star to better rating once i see how i will be treated by kevin. Just an ubdate, so far I Shopped there 5 times, I have not seen Kevin since that incident, i think he got fired or was sent away with his misrable atitude back to his mama. So now I will give this place a 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
