I came to the bakery to pick my cake up which was supposed to be done by 2:00pm because the birthday party started at 3:00 and they had a lady rush in to do my cake the manager told her thank you for coming and she has a smart comment with “ I guess I had no choice did I”
and the cake was HORRIBLE!!! NOTHING like the picture was definitely thrown together quick and rushed she claimed to only take off $5.00 just for the wait. Iv used this bakery every year and I’m very very disappointed and will never use that bakery again!
Found everything pretty easily. Staff were prompt and courteous. The bags of grapes needed some quality control (picked up a bag to find the whole bottom of the bag going bad)
Teresa the assistant manager in the deli is absolutely amazing. Not only is she very helpful but she knows her stuff. I predict she won't be an assistant much longer, she'll be The Manager.
I absolutely love Albertsons. I literally shop the ad sales and you can get some great bargains. There bakery is amazing with cake orders I have had many cakes made here . I literally have showed the bakery department photos off Pinterest and she can make them . Never disappoints. Nice clean store always well stocked . Friendly staff .
