Everything else is OK except the fried chicken at the deli. It is over fried and the pieces are small (wings, drumstick, thighs). The standards are low as far the quality of the chicken.

I contacted the buyers regarding three products I wanted; they ordered them for the store and contacted me to let me know they were available. I showed up in the store and without hesitation, a very nice lady assisted me and brought the items from the back because they were not on the floor yet. Thank you!!

Disappointed - Savings were not true paid more than what was on the displays, butter, fish, and other staples by about $20 overall. Veggies were fresh meets were as displayed.. The store has very few gluten-free options even though signs are posted as if you have selections and seem outdated and run down. Much better location around town.

I avoid shopping at Albertson's whenever possible, even though several stores are conveniently located for me. Prices are high overall, and taking advantage of "digital deals" is a major pain. I didn't realize how this worked on my first visit and ended up confused at the register with nothing but a "too bad" from the cashier. Now I know how it works, and I still hate it. I hope the corporate folks will reconsider this strategy. I think it's sad for a neighborhood grocery store to make shopping so difficult for its customers.

This Albertsons is fairly new and the employees apear to take pride in their workplace. The isles are free from clutter, the shelves are well stocked and our questions were answered quickly and politely. Parking was ample.

Update: I continue to be astonished at just how completely awful the customer service is at this location. They do everything they can to let me know they just don’t care without just overtly saying it out loud ___________________ There's a lot of things I like about this store but my experience goes sideways every time I have to interact with the meat department. Since Albertson's/Vons/Safeway are all essentially the same entity now and the circulars I get in the mail every week feature all these brands, I expect to get the same service I've gotten from Safeway/Von's my entire life. Safeway ALWAYS will custom cut meat for me and the butcher block workers are extremely friendly and helpful. This apparently doesn't hold true at Albertson's. They will NEVER cut anything for me and act annoyed even if I ask them if they have more of an item in the back when there's none left on the shelves. I actually avoid this location when I need to buy meat and hit Vons or a different Albertson's in the area. TBH, the Vons on Durango is not living up to the expectations set by the Safeways I've patronized either but they sure try a lot harder than this store does. I also witnessed the most worthless, annoying employee I've probably seen anywhere at this store. I observed her literally throwing flats of soda onto a bottom shelf, denting cans and damaging packaging. I asked her if they had any more of a Coke product that was on sale. She immediately said "No" without even checking. I was suspicious after observing her dedication to her job so I found another employee who was able to easily run some down for me in the back. Then, as we were trying to check out, the same employee came up and proceeded to get in a five minute argument with the checker who was checking us out while we stood there and watched and had to wait. It took every ounce of self control I had to not just ream her on the spot. I haven't seen her recently so I hope she was fired but this store is accumulating strikes against it with me at an unusually fast rate.
