This is the cutest cafe ever, owned by a pleasant couple (she is French and a baker and he is Brazilian and a friendly conversationalist). The place is chill, has beautiful light, high ceilings and just a great vibe. That being said, the highlights are the delicious food, freshly baked pastries, cakes and delicious coffee. As we say in Newfoundland, this place and the owner is a "breath of fresh air". Past reviews really say it all; tranquil atmosphere, delicious food, delightful coffee & desserts and the most wonderful owner. This is a must stop for lunch. Best bakery I’ve been to in all of South America! Their hot chocolate and cinnamon rolls were perfection. Their focaccia bread was so tasty and I loved their sandwich offerings! I went back two days in a row. I also loved their indoor seating area. Such friendly staff as well!

Great coffee shop in the center of Colonia del Sacramento. Definitely worth a visit. Cakes and pastries of excellent quality and really good coffee. Very friendly, communicative staff who take their time with having a chat with their guests. The rooms are tastefully furnished with great attention to details. Absolutely five stars! An excellent place with great coffee (they work with a marzocco machine and great beans) and even greater pastry and cakes. It's a family-run place, the owners -a couple- are super friendly and the service is very warm. All the cakes and breads were made by the owner herself, and it was incredibly delicious. Phenomenal bakery, great coffee and the most amazing green tea I’ve ever had. The service was top notch and I’m so glad we found this gem in Colonia. We ordered cappuccinos, green tea for me and a cinnamon roll to share and enjoyed it all. Highly recommend this place! A great place to buy self-made delicious bread! As a german I was really happy to find such a good bakery with so much different types of bread. Also the sweets are delicious like the brownie, pain au chocolate or the cookies. We loved it here and enjoyed every single bite! The staff is super friendly and speaks great English, you feel very welcomed. It’s great and a recommendation for everyone visiting Colonia del Sacramento!!
