I ordered carne asada just now Oh my god! It’s not fresh, been cooked maybe since 2-3 days ago. BLAND! The drive thru big lady with dark hair is rude af! Run away this is not worth the money and I am putting this food back to where it belongs. Garbage bin! Rice was overcooked! There little guacamole there and I am totally scared to eat it because she probably spit on my food lol it’s gross and expensive. Run please and you’re welcome

I am an uber driver and I saw the worst customer service ever tonight. They had two different orders for two guys with the same name. One uber driver picked up the wrong food and when I asked them to rectify the situation for my customer they refused and said it was not their problem. So one guy got the wrong food and the other guy got no food and there wasn't even an apology. They could have easily given my customer his order and made the situation all good for at least one of the customers but they refused. Ive been going here my whole life and I am just shocked at the lack of care they had for their customers tonight. The lady also spoke in a rude tone and treated me poorly for trying to figure the situation out. I also want to mention that they werent busy. No one in lobby or drive through. There was no excuse for this behavior and I highly recommend you try one if the several other drive through mexican spots around town.

I've been eating here for years !! They have improved the restrooms !! They are always pleasant to deal with !! And I don't know anywhere else in El Paso county that you can get a carna asada burrito as big and as tasty as Albertsons !!! If you're not from here you wouldn't understand what Albertsons is about !! And 85-87 was never as busy as it is now. But people keep moving here !! And complaining about everything !!! Urgh. First of all the place is located next to a busy highway. I spoke up. Her first words were don't yell. I ordered a smothered beef burrito. It was bean cheese was still blocked up. There was a sanolet across the street. Should have skipped this dump and ate at the sanolet Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Every single time I come here the staff is so rude. You ask for one thing and they are rolling there eyes at you or wanting to argue back like I just ask for salsa and they bite your head off. I don’t understand what happened to being polite. This place has some good food. Some of there staff is just bad others are super polite. I hope things change. So much for saying good food that old guacamole it’s browning and it smells old and not fresh like day old guacamole. What’s wrong with this place not going back ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! I was halfway eating my (completely messed up my directions) burrito that was supposed to have sour cream(not added) and no enchilada sauce (had more sauce than even the usual), and tasted something disturbing halfwY through, but it had mold in the breading. Real live MOLD throughout the entire last half of the burrito. I tasted the mold, and had blackish green mold inside of the chilli relleno breading. I literally puke the bite I had in my mouth while checking. I gave them one last time to get my order right (since I love the Austin Bluffs location) and they did even worse than they've done before. Just go to Taco Bell, without being rude, I’m sure the chicken in my daughters tacos was canned chicken, my carnitas was a solid 2/10, my wife’s torta was decent, hot sauce/salsa was undesirable at best. I come from Nevada and miss Roberto's tacos. This is the only place in 3 years and 2 states that compares. Food was great rolled tacos packed with beef. We are happy our new home is down the road from Albertaco's!
