We used to be regulars. So sad that This place has gone downhill so fast. The Shawarma Salad is now made with chopped iceberg lettuce in a bag instead of hearty leafy greens. Carrots and radishes galore. Used to be higher quality, but they have raised the prices and started to cut corners. If you want to pay $20 for salad in a bag then by all means, enjoy. They also often forget our items through DoorDash and even when we dine in. We have often ordered appetizers that never come, but that we are still charged for. We are refunded, of course, but it’s frustrating that they remember our order only when it’s time to charge us and that it has happened on several occasions. Overall good customer service if you have issues. They want to make things right which isn't common these days. We have been customers for years usually going to the Worthington location. We have gone to the New Albany location about 6 times and every time the quality of the food is different. The food is very good but the quality control is the main issue. For example we usually get the tuna roll and sometimes it's super dry and the pita is cracked which makes the roll fall apart when eating it. We always get a large hummus as well and half of the time the portion is half what we normally get. For the price, the portion size should be consistent.
