Al Ducci's is by far one of my favorite places in Manchester! From the Delicious sandwiches, to the Homemade Italian entrees to take home, this place also offers so many other Amazing products! Patience is definitely key here because their small, but hardworking staff, tries to help everyone in a timely manner. When things get busy, they are still Smiling! Calling ahead to order is very beneficial, but either way, it is worth the wait! Highly recommend if you are in the area!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is unbelievable. First they castigate me for not writing down a tip on counter service. Then, once I came back, years later, they changed their policy and won’t slice meat. I guess they just want to sell overpriced sandwiches and entrees. Too bad. Good food but I’m done. Service: 1

We had a really bad experience at the store We were ripped off on buying a cheese and meat platter for 20 people They charged us $580 which included a forced tip I did not agree to There was enough food for 40 plus people way more than was needed We ended up disposing of more than half They do not know what they are doing Beware of the forced tip!!
