We stopped in this place after our beach day and were hoping to be able to have a great lunch. They have both indoor seating with air conditioning and outdoor seating. We chose to go inside. Since we are on vacation we were in no rush but the food service was a tad slow. No big deal we are on vacation. We ordered the half surtido which is an appetizer sampler; although it was half, it was still a large portion. It brought fried pork chunks, chicharrones de pollo, empanada, cheese balls and mofongo balls. The sampler was very good! I ordered the carne frita, which I was looking forward to but unfortunately the fried pork chunks were a bit over done. They were very dry. The drinks were excellent! I had a passion fruit mojito and it was really good. Overall, I wanted to give it a higher rating but the over fried carne frita forced me to settle on 3 stars.

Not many plant based options on the menu, but I had them make a mofongo stuffed with mushrooms and the flavor was absolutely amazing! Definitely hope this item comes on the menu soon!

We waited approximately 15 min for a table. The waitress was very sweet and answered all of our questions. Service and attention was great. Food was delicious and at an excellent price. The Coquito Mojito was very good and on the house!!! Great family environment. Right next to the sea.
The food was ok, the service was very slow and lots of noisy construction across the street.

Great spot for empanadillas (crab, mix seafood or shrimp), I personally really like the crab. Also great spot to grab drinks but the service is a bit slow (island time) & the food is average.

I’ve been to this spot a few times…. First time was a few years a ago and I feel like the service has gone backwards. Blonde lady thats works behind the bar is a bit rude and unfriendly… Mojito’s are bomb, though. So far I’ve tried Pama, Passoa, Black Label and Hypnotiq…. They are all delicious.
