Their breakfast was very nice , clean rooms but they need to do something about a bigger generator or get solar .we couldnt charge our phones during the electricity cut off because the hotel generator can not support plugs! We also bathed cold water🤦‍♀️.

Their food and service have drastically changed for the best. Clean and beautiful place. A front desk that is always there to assist. You will definitely come back

Had a good conference at the holiday inn. The facility is on point, the restaurant serves great food. Cozy hotel very clean with friendly staff

Great place. Good food and spacious rooms. Very comfortable and neat. Wont hesitate going back there and nice arrangement for gym facilities

Basic hotel that does the job. There wasn't a lot of people at the hotel when I visited there in February 2016. The food at the restaurant was good, but a couple who close to me was complaining about what they got. The hotel has a swimming pool, and is in a good location in Mutare.
