We found this sweet cafe while driving from our hotel to the airport. I was surprised at how much was on their menu. Had we not already eaten a large breakfast, I would’ve tried their food! We tried their iced latte and peanut butter smoothie - all very tasty. This stop at the cafe was exactly what we needed before heading back on the road.

Amazing beautiful place!
Lovely staff who are welcoming and friendly and they have a cute dog too.
I loved how they prepared me a vegan lunch, the seitan was home made!! I have never seen a homemade seitan in my life and I live in london a metropolis where you can find anything you want, so this was certainly a great surprise.
In order to get the reservation I contacted them on Facebook and tried calling few times, it was a bit hard to get through to them - but I persevered and it was a lovely experience. If they can make it easier for people to reach them - I’d go back again to eat there in a heartbeat!
They also have a nice guesthouse downstairs with beautiful wooden African style furniture. They showed me around and it would be amazing to even stay there, with family or friends.. or maybe organise an event there.

Adeline's Art Cafe is a coffee shop / restaurant / and an amazing three-bedroom place near Canaries, St. Lucia. We enjoyed the food and also stayed for 3 nights at the guest suite. Simply amazing.
The wrap-around balcony is an amazing highlight. In the shade, looking over the trees towards the ocean view. The birds singing in the morning. Peaceful and wonderful.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The living room has a nice home theatre and Netflix, etc. Very nice place to relax after a busy day.
All rooms have A/C. The bedrooms are beautiful. Showers are amazing.
Adeline is an wonderful host. She made us a wonderful meal that was ready when we arrived. Our son is celiac and she took care to make a gluten free meal that even included a gluten-free cake. Lots of local suggestions as well.
The location is also great. Canaries is a short (on very windy roads) drive to Soufriere and the many natural attractions nearby. Gros Pitons, Soufriere Drive In Volcano (and mud baths), Sugar Beach (snorkelling and white sand beach), and Anse Chastanet (snorkelling).
Would've enjoyed more than 3 days!

Such a great experience. Food was amazing, had the pancakes & sausage. Proprietor of the establishment offered her homemade mango jam she made from scratch using mango's from her backyard, delicious. Perfect breakfast spot in you in or near Canaries or even heading south to Gros Piton, stop here for a quick bite!

This little stop along the road has some of the best quality breakfast and the kindest hospitality we've seen on the island. (Not pictured: they have great coffee as well). They even have a small parking lot on property so you don't have to park directly on the road. Would highly recommend!

Met adeline and she opened her cafe for is! Definitely stop by if driving through. Nice coffee, art and conversation. She made us a nice omelette and homemade bread! We actually stayed across the street and they helped me carry food over.
The staff was incredibly accommodating and cooked us a 100% vegan 3 course meal. Everything’s was delicious and the staff was so nice. Not pictured here - pumpkin soup to start and banana mango ice cream for dessert :)
Soooo gooooood! Heavenly fresh juices.
Had a yummy espresso that made me feel as though I were in Italy. The owner/staff were kind and fun so we stayed for a while. Try the golden apple ginger juice.
