Shakes are great and we love this place but the last handful of times we have tried to go they have been closed. Online hours do not reflect their actual hours.
Update: While we enjoy this establishment, today was the 4th-5th time we have shown up just for the shop to be closed prior to marked business hours. Though we enjoy and want to support small businesses we find it frustrating to go out of our way just for it to be closed consistently early.

I absolutely love this place. The employees are super nice and friendly and make every visit super enjoyable. Yes, to some people it’s pricey but you also have to understand that they’re big shakes and the supplies to make them cost money too. Also, special shout-out to Maddie O because she’s amazing.
I was introduced of this by my co-worker. After trying it I knew I had to go back another time for my own. I got the pistachio w/ almond the last three times :), one day I will try something else but it's soo good. I am not the biggest fan of their teas but others like it. Friendly staff. I encourage everyone to try it.
I came over to active energy for a shake and I was greeted poorly, it was my first time there and I had no idea that they don’t take cards, and I had no idea that they only take cash if you don’t have a punch card. So after receiving my shake without being asked if i have been there before, I have to look through all of the messy notes on the wall to find out that I have to pay for a punch card in order to get my shake. WHICH IS $40. Now I have to pay for a $40 drink because I was un aware for the cash rule, and I don’t want to come back and use it because of the awful people that treated me poorly. They basically threw the tea in my face with the shake and ignored me when I tried speaking to them about the no credit rule. I wasn’t asked if I could have a receipt and after I signed on a little iPod after spending my $40 I was shrugged off and not thanked for my business. I will never return to this place and I wasted $40 on an awful shake and terrible raspberry tea.
