This is my problem with African businesses. They talk to customers like the customers owe them. You need the customer to stay in business.
That lady who answers calls needs customer service training. If she is the owner, then that’s sad. If she is too busy, hand the damn phone to someone else.
She wouldn’t let you complete a sentence and then she cuts you short rudely. I was ready to order kenkey and fish with eggs for 300le but her whole demeanor is a total turn off.
I don’t care about prices but just know how to communicate and convince people to stay with you.
