Context: we arrived around 7.30 (after azan). People already started eating.
Food is good. Price for 2 person was 38.50. I don't really mind.
However service is bad. We ordered tomyam set + kailan goreng. They served rice and kailan first. The rice went cold yet the tomyam hasn't arrived yet. Tomyam arrived but they're out of cutlery. No spoon nor fork. See picture, not even 1 spoon.
We supposed to scoop tomyam soup using hand? The server said she'd bring spoon, but Wait after wait didn't come. I seldom went to ask for spoon where they were wiping it with a cloth.
You open so many table even on parking lot, but you lack basic things like cutlery? Also why serve rice if the tomyam isn't anywhere near ready. The rice went cold and hard (maybe due to windy environment). Only tomyam was good. The telur dadar didn't even follow our cooking instruction. We said 1 with onion 1 without, both got onion.

I had very bad experience with this cafe due to food that i order which is chicken grilled delivered in small portion with unreasonable price and poor customer service. Staff keep chatting at the back table. Please improve to serve ur food in reasonable portion.
The food is delicious here. They seem to be a bit under staff so takes time for the waiter to come. I ate here many times. so far that is the only complain. Price is also reasonable.

Been here quiet a few times, so far the taste are great. Only the portion are quiet small compared to prices. Cool environment and the staff are good too. Time taken from order taken to food arrived at table is around 10minutes. Must try Teh Ais Madu Float
Ordered Singapore bihun but sadly the portion received as if it was a kid's meal. Complain to the waitress n was told tht is d standard portion. My husband ordered fried koeteow but they sent us fried noodles n it tastes salty! Overall the quality n service provided are poor. Pls improve better.
