AMAZING!! We ordered the chicken momos, chicken tandoori (half order- spicy), and the Curry lamb Thali which was a great mixture of items that included side dish of yellow lentils, vegetables, house pickles, basmati rice, a small piece of dessert and several other amazing items (see photo). We ordered just the right amount of food for my husband and I. This place is definitely a mom n pop spot. I’m pretty sure our server was the owner too. He was so kind and genuine. He truly is a ray of sunshine! Something you don’t come across very often in today’s world. It was nice to know there’s still kind people out there that truly want the best for others. He made sure we enjoyed and we definitely did! We cannot wait to come back and try more things on the menu! Thank you for an amazing first time experience!

Lamb Curry
Awesome spot, amazing food, great authentic and culture filled vibe. We got the cheese naan, aloo paratha, chicken tikka masala (so delicious), and Kathmandu Nepali dish. Rice was cooked perfectly. And they have beer/wine so A+!

I missed it last time I was out here, but I got them today, and boy, I'm glad I did.
I haven't had indian food since I was a teenager and never tried Nepalese cuisine, so I had no idea what to expect.
The owner took my order and served with a big accent but an even bigger smile.
He had some soothing classical/elevator music playing, which makes the environment really comfortable and brought the food out in just about 10 min. They brought my cold water out in a glass bottle, which was pretty cool, and brought the Chicken Tikka Masala and rice out in two separate and unique dishes. I asked for the spice to be mild, just to make sure I could taste and enjoy it.
Now I've never tried anything like it before, so I'm just going to say that it was perfect in every way, so much flavor and completely satisfying. I will definitely visit here again next time I'm nearby.

Best Nepalese food I have tasted in the Bay Area so far . Momos, Thali served in brass plates and cups , and the home made special kulfi is a showcase to their dedication and affection on food . Chai for drink was yummy ! Hats off! Keep up the good quality always!

Such great food, kind people, and it’s so welcoming!! My partner and I went here for a Valentine’s dinner and they were so happy to serve us! The food was just exceptional, and filling! For a great price! Will be back again.

Very delicious food, worth a visit if they’re not too busy! We got the saag aloo, malai kofta, samosa, and shrimp. We definitely liked the saag - remember to order that when you come!

This is not your average Asian food joint! It's more then that. We dined in. Nice ambience and warm hospitality. The food was very tasty and flavorful. This place has top notch Nepalese/Indian food. We look forward to our next meal here.

Nepali Thali
I recently Aama kitchen and had an amazing experience. The restaurant has a great ambiance and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and authentic, and the portions were generous. I especially enjoyed the momos and chicken tikka. The restaurant also has a great selection of drinks to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend Namastey Patio Nepalese and Indian Cuisine to anyone looking for a great dining experience. I will definitely be coming back soon!
