This is a nice location that has been remodeled and looks pretty close to new. The two employees I interacted with were friendly. The cheeseburger I ordered was pretty basic tasting and nothing to write home about. The strawberry shake I had however was really good. If I were to change anything, I would just make it less sweet. The only issue I really noticed during my visit was that the Men's restroom was a bit dirty. The toilet looks like it hasn't been scrubbed or cleaned in awhile. Other than that, the rest of the restaurant was nice and clean. I was also digging the 80s playlist of songs they had going over the speakers. Glad I stopped in! I went here on 01-14-2024 afternoon there was two male teenager, one at cashiers and one working in kitchen. man I couldn’t believe I pulled up to the window and the worker in the kitchen grabbed the chicken with his bare hands 🙌 no gloves 🧤 ewww … Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Does this look like a chicken tender? No my husband got a chicken little and his meat was bigger than all 3 of my chicken tenders combined!! I spent $5 on 3 piece tender box thingy and I got 3 tiny chicken pieces. My cat could eat those 3 pieces of chicken and still be hungry!! Also my husband asked for ketchup and mayo on his burger and got ketchup and mustard instead. Wow just wow won't be going to this location again.

Drive thru only no in store service or dining. Very inconvenient. Drive thru personnel were snappy and rather rude. Probably good you could not go in anyway. Fries not to good, soggy and limp with some nasty coating. AW root beet tasted like cough medicine. Nothing like I'd expect from a KFC or A&W. By far the cleanest establishment I’ve seen. Very impressive. You can see into the open kitchen which was very clean. All employees wearing gloves and looked well-groomed. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

The lady with the cross on her ringer finger was very rude and acted so put out. She could not get my order right. She didn't have the patience to listen to me apparently so I ended up having to go to a different location and had no problem ordering. So frustrating Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I’m giving this one star because I just went there to eat. I arrive at 6:40 PM. And one of the employees is locking the doors. Yes, they closed the dining area at 6:40 PM. I prefer to dine in, because I like my food hot. If you are going to close at this location during the dinner rush, hard pass from now on. I’ll go to Arctic Circle instead

Even though it doesn’t show as a combo, this is not a stand-alone A&W, which means you get really terrible KFC chicken instead of the amazing A&W stuff. They had no fries and wanted to charge extra for all alternative sides. (Also no ice cream.) The exit is super deep too, so don’t be surprised if you grind your bumper leaving. Employees messed up my order and I pulled back around to get it fixed mind you this is a very simple fix and the employees became incredibly rude and refused to fix the mistake they made. All i asked was for a plain hamburger and they gave me one drowned in Ketchup and mustard to the point the bun was soaked, but somehow I’m in the wrong for asking them to remake it? Last time I’ll visit this establishment.

Waited 20 minutes for them to confirm my order on DoorDash and then the Dasher waited 45 minutes just to have them cancel it for no reason at all. They wouldn’t give the dasher a reason at all they just told him that they wouldn’t be filling my order. What a pathetic way to run a business and sure fire way to lose a customer for life.
