Sometimes I visit A&W at MesaHill for takeout. It's clean and well decorated. It has 2 washing basins, on the other hand, it seems that it doesn't provide tissues. The staff is kind but you need to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get your order. It is a casual place for family. Enjoy. Thank you the front desk or cashier at the right side as you always guide me and my father. Thank you for your sweet voice and instruction was clear. The interior is nice and clean. Staff are polite and attentive. However the service is slow. I think they not enough of staff.

We wanted to have desserts so we ordered 2 waffles single scoop. It took 25 mins to get 1 waffle . And we have to wait for another waffle . They dont bother to tell us what is the problem . They just said 'skjp ye kak, tgh buat' . Ridiculous. Service Dine in Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Its really very bad service😡i went nilai mesamall branch and they're very slow ...u people must learn from McD!!they're service really tip top..i not even order variety of food..i just ordered 4 fish burger..for that 1 i waited almost 1hour...pls improve your service

I'm trying to avoid buying frm kfc&mcd but I'm disappointed with the size of my favourite drumstick. 10cm? Chicken set (got meat&drumstick). I've eaten here before. The interior is nice but maybe try hire more staff. Eaten their burger here, great but take out burger never seem to look the same as the one i eaten while dine in Service Take out Meal type Lunch

I like this place, it looks so good and the food is great too.. the burger looks exactly like in the poster!! so yummy!!.. Decoration is beautiful, staff are very friendly. Only improvement would be the efficiency of service, the self service chily sauce container was empty, i had informed the staff there but no action taken.. luckily the collection counter had those small packets we could help ourselves to.. small issue but better to improve.. would definitely come back
