Random breakfast find that turned out to be a great decision. We got a few items to share among 6 people and it was sooo good! They also gave us free mini sausages to try 🥹

2024.1到訪心得
▸ 薯泥捲餅
內容有苜蓿芽、生福山萵苣葉(大陸妹)、蘋果、薯泥(馬鈴薯、美乃滋、碎胡蘿蔔等)、(以下客製化不加)花生粉、葡萄乾
整捲份量偏小，餅皮是用墨西哥白麵餅皮，有烙烤過所以表面有點焦黃色，非常乾爽、無油，口感帶一點韌性，但很好咬，有明顯麵香，我很喜歡。生菜類新鮮爽脆、瀝水乾淨；苜蓿芽已經有點呈深綠了，可能音位量也不多，整捲吃起來沒有吃到它的生草味；薯泥微甜，有日式美乃滋的香味。整捲吃起來豪不油，甜度也約半糖，不會很膩，我喜歡。但若有加花生糖粉和葡萄乾很可能對我來說就太甜了。
內用座位約三桌，蠻狹小的，也有一點昏暗。店員們很多，應該是一家人，都很親切！
