The place is very controversial. First what meets you is the absence of staff on the entrance. You may easily wait 10-15 minutes for someone to come and seat you, despite the entrance is in the line of sight of the bartender. Then the odor. Maybe it was an unlucky event, but it felt as a smell of a stale fish. The interior is clean, however the place itself feels tight, maybe because of the wall to the right of the tables row. The dish selection is good, and what you can call “thoughtful”, it is combined to represent the bests of USA cuisine. It bears the mark of a good chief. The staff: attentive, friendly, and at the same time not unobtrusive. The sad part of the story is a food. The fish (yep, we ordered it) didn’t taste fresh. Country fried chicken tasted the same as what you’d expect from McDonalds. But with a price tag of a real restaurant. I really sorry to say that, but that was one of the worst experiences, and if you check my reviews I mostly leave positive review or do not leave it at all. Burgers are really good at the 99. Our server last time was not very personable but usually they're friendly and attentive. We ate in the bar area so there's much more to watch but it's not especially quiet. Finally, house margaritas were $4.99 not bad! Average 99, good food with good portions. The service was a little slow but attentive. It did take a few minutes to get silverware after our food was served. Overall a 4. Me, my brother and my nephew ordered food, person who was serving us called Moly brought the food and left we have to ask her to bring silverware. She closed our table not asking or offered dessert. We complained whit manager Chris and he did no pay attention to us Very good place to seat at the bar to get drunk. 4.5 stars. Food..Great pricing/quality. Portions excellent. SERVICE EXCELLENT. Staff is attentive busy or slow. Great specials. Restroom is where you lost half a star. NEEDS TLC. The 99 in Framingham is a great location among their franchise. The happy hour deals and Thursday $0.59 wings always keep us engaged to come back. The staff is all friendly. The facility and parking is all in good shape. The food was hot and prepared well. We enjoyed a couple of their drinks specials too. $5 margaritas and <$3 Bud Select beers. Waltham might have them beat on the frosty mugs but I’ve heard their mugs are frostier at lunch and early dinner. Have to get a couple rounds for yourself and friends. Enjoy! It was so cold I couldn't enjoy my meal. Complained and they turned the heat on for 5 minutes and then the manager discussed with other patrons how someone complained that it was too cold and turned off the heat and started blowing cold air again! I am a paying customer and other customers had their winter coatson too. They could have at least turned off the fans!

First, Wednesday night bartender is fabulous. Great energy and savvy. We had the Seafood Trio and it was off the hook fabulous! I enjoyed the premium side of grilled asparagus and my husband raved over the Baked Mac & Cheese premium side. We'll be back. The food here was good but basic very good for children. Our service was also good, although I have little trouble with the table. As someone in a wheelchair being at the corner was a little bit difficult since it made it a little harder to reach my food, they may want to consider rearranging tables so that wheelchairs can be more centered when eating Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $20–30
