The first time I came to this store, I don't know how to order, but the long-haired female clerk is not friendly, and the service is very poor 👎. I won't come again,bad attitude

While they claim to be competitive against Starbucks, they actually accumulate their espresso in a large jar and simply pour it out instead of making it fresh. While it’s not an illegal practice, it’s false advertising because they claim every cup is made fresh. Upon complaining to their head office, the head manager of the store said sorry but defended his practice saying it’s simply too busy. Never going back and will not recommend.
