I love this place they have great drinks and most of the time friendly staff. Most of the time my drinks typically come out exactly how I like them. They will typically be just right, slightly stronger or slightly sweeter than what I like but I don't mind it, they still taste good. I did go today and had my drink remade because it was watery and it still came out watery. I've had two instances like that but one of the times they were able to correct it, unfortunately this time the were not able to correct it which is disappointing because I love this place and go here all the time.i ended up just getting a refund. Over all a good place but consistency in flavor isn't always there.

I came here Jan. 6 with my sister at 9:30pm and we were the only ones there. We got off to order at the window, but nobody answered. We saw 2 people there and knocked multiple times and stood around waiting to be noticed for 10 minutes. One of the ladies even passed by, but somehow didn’t notice us? It even seemed as if they went to the back to avoid us. So we went in the car to the drive through and they acted like they didn’t just ignore us. You can tell when someone is genuinely sorry that they didn’t notice you, but they had a body language and facial expressions that said otherwise. I don’t usually write reviews, but I found this extremely rude.

The coffee is always fresh, and the service is always fast. I enjoy the coffee here much more than Starbucks.
