7Brew used to be my go to coffee place, however I fear they are going down hill since their opening. I feel there is only 3 workers that make my order correctly. My most recent trip I received the wrong drink and asked her if I was charged for the wrong drink or the regular drink (the wrong one would be more expensive) the workers simply said “idk” and walked away. 2/3 of the times I have gone these past couple months, my coffee is not correctly made and usually tastes different every time. I used to get a delicious order every morning and love talking with the ladies, however I think they are getting complacent and there service now lacks consistency and high quality product.
