I go here for an Iced Mocha pretty often and they are usually alright. Today I went and got an iced coffee and before getting my coffee, they kept telling me my card declined even though that's not the case so I used cash. 2 hours before I made a charge on the same card at my gym and then right after my iced coffee I went a block away to the fuzzys tacos and made another charge, so clearly they're having issues with their own payment system and blaming it on me. The first girl I dealt with could use work in customer service skills, though the guy was great and tried to make the best out of the situation.
