My favorite cigar shop and hang. The lounge is a great place to catch games. Staff are wonderful. Five stars always at 7-20-4 Lounge!

I'm a big bourbon fan and was impressed with their online bourbon menu, so decided to give it a look. When we arrived, service was very hard to come by. When we finally did get someone to help us, NOTHING on the posted menu was in stock. It was clear that the menu on their site hadn't been updated for some time; if ever. The bartender even admitted so. When I did find a bourbon to order, I ended up being charged 4x the posted price. I was told that the price is "per the half ounce". I've been to countless bourbon bars and the posted price is always per pour, whether that's one ounce or two ounces. But to give me a two ounce pour and charge me 4x the posted price was ridiculous.I later brought up this unusual practice and my anger about it to management via email and got minimal to no response. I got the sense they didn't really care about my complaints. I can't help but feel swindled by this establishment.

Twins Smoke Shop in Hooksett is my favorite place to spend time with friends to smoke great cigars. It is where everyone knows your name and where the selection of cigars and pipe tobacco is superb! Great place! I highly recommend Twins!

Great selection of cigars with an outstanding staff. If you're not sure what your looking for, they make sound recommendations and the bar staff know just what to pair it with. Stumbled on this place a couple of years ago and always find time to come back when I can. Local business is also a bonus!
