Great variety of beer and super nice patio when weather permits. Usually has a food truck out front. Definitely recommend the el jefe varietals. The hot chocolate one was delicious.
A brewer's brewery. Great descriptions. Great beer. Their Simcoes single hop is a great session beer (5.5% so sorta session-able). But tasty!
Pumpkin ale is a spiced ale. No pumpkin. But decent. I'll be back next I'm in Broomfield.
4 Noses has been the most hopping brewery we've frequented outside of Denver. The parking lot and street parking can be pretty full during happy hours and inside seating can be challenging at times even though they have plenty of space. It's just an indication of how great this place is! Busy topic aside, we've met some of the nicest customers here as people in the area just seem a lot friendlier and open to mingling with strangers. The staff here are also very quick with high and positive energy. The beers, in my opinion, are among the best in the area as I've had their staple IPA to oddball rotating sours to coffee milk stouts and every one was worth trying again and again from the tap or in cans. We will definitely continue giving 4 Noses our business and even more so when the weather starts to warm up again.
We've made our first visit during Covid and finally have been able to get back here again.
I love the beer choices. There is something for everyone. Unfortunately, I do think the vibe here belongs to the younger generation. I'd be back to get beer again but not sure about hanging out.
Great brewery with a wide selection of brews. Some indoor seating with plenty of outdoor seating both covered and uncovered. Good for dog lovers. Rotating food trucks for grabbing a bite. They run specials and events occasionally. Can get pretty busy during Happy Hour Timeframes as well as weekends. Nice local stop for a cold one.
Great beer and lovely covered outdoor space! We spent some time here meeting some friends to get out of the sun. The food truck that was scheduled had cancelled so we picked up pizza on the way and then arrived to see another food truck had made it. Lots of beer options in all different styles so you should definitely be able to find something that fits your taste. Our favorite from the afternoon was the Pineapple Velvet!
I was pretty impressed with the amount of beer options across multiple styles. They have some fun and unique flavors combinations, and each one I tried worked really well together. Their brewer seems to understand what flavor profiles work together. There was a food truck on site as well which was nice, but unfortunately what I got was not nearly as good as the beer. The facility is nice, bathrooms clean, and the atmosphere was lively. One of the nice things was their portion options. Each of their beers had a small and large offering which was nice to try something else without committing to an entire pint.
