Great bar and food. Karaoke every Sunday and Wednesday night with a good DJ. Awesome pool and dart teams and fun bartenders. Great spot to hit on the map.

Don't let the front of the place fool you! This is a pretty nice bar! A little "old" looking on the inside, but what can you expect from a building that has been there since at least the Carter administration. The bar and food area was clean and the atmosphere was cool in an old school lounge kind of way.
I visited Rumors on the Sunday before Labor Day with some friends on a whim. Good choice! The bar has a nice selection of the usual spirits and mixers. I can't speak to their beer selection as I wasn't drinking beer that night. The bartender was attentive and friendly. She suggested some drinks that ended up being pretty good. There was karaoke the night we were there (I think they do this every Sunday) and we ended up signing a couple songs as a group. There are some gambling machines, a punch card dispenser, and some dart boards. It looks like they have a pool table that might be set up when there isn't karaoke, but it was moved out of the way the night I was there. The food we ordered was what I would consider above average for a bar like this. Good enough that I'd even consider coming here just for the food.

The bartender Rachel is pretty cool. She makes pretty fancy drinks.
George Anna is great too!
Ron an Ope do a great job with food. Some of the best food is found in dive bars like this. Amazing wings and best Philly cheese steak in the city. Among others delicious items on the menu.

Nice older pub but clean. The food prep area sparkled. We had the chicken wings and stacked onion rings and both were excellent. I know we will be back! Also, friendly staff.
