Saw this place for a long time just never interested me to stop and try. Then I tried it one day because they had a food truck that came to my work. Normally I won't eat off of the trucks that drive around to jobs but I gave it a chance. And I have to tell you. This is some of the best food I have tried in awhile. Now I can't get enough. I finally found Loveland’s hidden gem!!! The best Mexican food in town, hands down! Their salsa bar is top notch, everything is made from scratch on the menu and it all is truly authentic!
