I understand when you run out of food. However how do you have a food then when the food is suppose to be brought to the table you tell the patron the they “86’d the soup”. The fish and chips was incredibly greasy and then ‘ran out’ of malt vinegar. Ordered the Brussel sprouts and they came out mushy and cold. The Caesar salad came out with just lettuce and croutons. The response and poor attitude from the on staff manager was unacceptable. Basically we got a ‘deal with it’ attitude. 1. No oysters 2. No malbec told after the fact 3. No malt vinegar for the fish and chips that was so greasy it was running off my hands. 4. No soup/bisque after being told they had it. 5. Food was cold and in general not what you expected from a $$$ restaurant. My family will not return and I would highly recommend others look for different restaurant. Honestly, this may have been the absolute worst restaurant experience we’ve ever had. Our food was 0/10, truly disgusting and the service was even worse. We all left with stomach aches after barely being able to eat a single bite due to how gross the food was. My son ordered the kids menu corn dogs and I’m 98% sure it was Vienna sausages turned corn dogs. I ordered the shrimp carbonara- it was so unappetizing. The cream had seized and curdled indicating it was cooked and reheated many times. The pancetta was cut into HUGE cubes and was not rendered at all so every bite was as if you were biting into cold fat. My husband ordered the fish and chips and it came out completely greasy and inedible. Our waitress forgot to bring us our drinks and had to be reminded on two occasions. We never received plates when our appetizers came out and she was absolutely confused and frazzled the entire time. Not sure how this restaurant has a 4.0 rating. Their prices are extremely high for the quality of food and service we got. I’m not one to poorly rate establishments as I try my best to support local shops but this place needs to really take a long hard look at their food quality, cook staff, and front of house staff. If they want to charge the outrageous prices they are charging, customers should expect top of the line food and service. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1

Absolutely ridiculous. You have to feel bad for their servers because their kitchen capabilities and ticket times are awful. Waited an hour which was understandable. They were the only restaurant open tonight. We then waited another hour for our food. Fries and burgers were cold. Some sides were missing. Our server was the nicest guy and tried to make things right. His tip reflected his great service but as far as the restaurant we will not be back.

Went here for my birthday dinner meal and quite disappointed in service and food. 1st, wife ordered salad and menu does not say there’s onions in the salad and she does not like onions at all and it was loaded with onions. 2nd, I ordered the seafood platter, was advised they had no hush puppies, then waiter returned to say they had no oysters as well, okay, I selected the scallops in place of oysters, in addition to the fried shrimp and blackened haddock. Scallops were way under cooked almost cold in the middle, the shrimp batter were so salty couldn’t eat them, may blackened haddock was fried instead. The Mac & cheese was good French fries were good, received no substitution for hush puppies or reduction in cost. Now for the waiter, received our appetizer and had to ask a waitress to bring silverware to eat the appetizer. Had to ask for refills of tea. So to sum it up, salad loaded with onions, fried shrimp to salty to eat scallops under cooked, fried fish instead of blackened and poor service. Don’t think we’ll be going back for sure. One of the worst dining experiences I have had in my life. The server didn’t know what he was doing. Getting us enough silverware and water for the table seemed to be a challenge for him. They refused to serve me a Ginger Beer unless I ordered it with alcohol! Not very friendly to people who don’t drink. Would they not serve a club soda as well if it didn’t have vodka in it? And they “were out” of half the menu. I finally ordered a burger and asked for it to be cooked medium. Unfortunately, when the food came out over 45 minutes later, I was served a burger that was burnt to the crisp. Highly do not recommend.
