Great place; pretty surroundings! This was opened when a lot of other stuff wasn’t (2023/12/27). Very good food - also try the soup! Friendly staff. Only tip: offer some more drink options, then we definitely would’ve stayed longer.

It’s a 4 months new restaurant. But the chef has been train in taipei for many years under various chefs. The French fries tartar dressing is so tasty, it can be a dish on its own. Onion rings are perfectly coated with thin layer of flour, it’s crispy outside and juicy inside. Soup of the day is creamy and silky with pumpkin flavors. The garlic bread is not my liking as it’s more taiwaness bread then western style. The squid ink pasta is so special, from the chef’s dad free diving harvest. Overall, it’s insanely good food. A super fun experience for us! Bonus: tree house in the front yard. Kids will love that!
Very good food and the atmosphere in the place is very cozy. We went there in the evning, running out of options to find food and then we found this place and it felt like a hidden gem. The place is lovely and the very personal story of the owner/chef is cute.
Also: They have a tree house where you can sit if the weather is nice!

The food was delicious and especially pasta and risotto were very authentic! We spent two nights in the area and came here for dinner on both nights. The owner/chef is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Absolute recommendation!

Excellent restaurant with delicious food. We had the bolognese pasta and loved it so much we ordered it twice. (Tastes like in Italy!) We can really recommend this place! A gem tucked away in a little street.

We had a fabulous meal here. The food is delicious. We had the perfectly cooked al dente pasta with garlic and clams (highly recommend), risotto with shrimp, black ink pasta with octopus, and a meat dish to share. Extremely sophisticated dishes in a very cozy and charming setting with very tasteful decor. What a wonderful discovery!

Visiting from Vancouver Canada Surprised there wasn’t more people during dinner. Nice comfortable place to have Italian themed food. Pizza was more like a round flatbread but was good. Also tried several pastas and risottos. Spanish seafood risotto was a bit strange, mushroom was nicely done. Pastas with cream like the chicken fettuccine and pesto were quite heavy on the cream so very rich. Mains with chicken were interestingly done with chicken thighs with skin on, which although tasty, was different than what we’re used to having breast meat only. Definitely a good place for Italian amongst all the Asian food in this small town! Oh and make sure you say hi and pet their Doberman who is super friendly and loves scratches.
