The food may be fresh. However if I purchase wings only for$14.99 I should not receive a receipt for $17.31 and then a reflection of $20.77 on the credit statement. They do not mention a 4 percent charge on any debit card. As well as other charges for using a card. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
