Well stocked but since remodel, can't find anything. Alot of people asking associates where things were. Not much space to maneuver around a cart. Parking lot needs work & store dirty. Cashier conveyor belts to short now & carts stand to tall for short people

Big parking lot with handicapped spaces. Curbside service is available and I consider it to be an excellent service. Carts are picked up regularly and returned inside for customer use. The store is kept neat and clean. Restrooms available in front and back of store and are usually clean and stocked. Photo area, deli, vision center and pharmacy available. Most of the staff I find to be pleasant, courteous and helpful. I understand the staff is busy stocking shelves when the trucks deliver, but many times I find them to be overly pushy with their carts. It is true at times the grocery shelves are not fully stocked, but I do not believe it is due to a lack of trying. I count myself fortunate to have a place near by where I can buy groceries. At the self check out area, which gets bogged down at times, it would help if the associates standing idly by (many times they are busy) would ensure the bags are opened to facilitate faster checking out. I find the associates at the self check out to be pleasant and quick to assist if needed. I recently visited this Walmart to purchase a television and it is this reason I only rated four stars. I had purchased a TV from this Walmart before and when opening at home found the screen to be cracked. I had to repack the TV and lug it back to this store and go through the refund process. This time, I asked for the box to be opened so I could inspect for damage before purchasing. The associate said they weren't allowed to open the boxes. I understood their position. I asked if the manager could make that decision and the manager was called. The manager refused to open the box. If I was willing to buy a high priced item, again, without seeing it first, I could have stayed in the comfort of my own home and ordered it online. The prices are more than comparable and free shipping along with no hassle returns are provided. I was ready to spend hundreds of dollars on one item at this store and could not even see the item before purchasing it. Absolutely Absurd. Any inconveniences encountered due to a damaged item is placed on the consumer at Walmart. I went to Best Buy and for the same cost purchased the same TV, after inspecting it first. I will not purchase in store items if I cannot see what I am buying. It is not a new concept. Walmart needs to get on board with that. I highly recommend this Walmart for other than electronics. (Kudos for allowing the Salvation Army to ring their bell)
Had horrible service at Paris Walmart tonight 12-18-23 time 8:55 their time. Whoever was working that night was very rude at the service desk the check out line employee was very rude as well. I left a few of my bags there, I did not realize til I got home. I called the store 3 times finally got to electronics he was more helpful than the service desk lady. I asked what I should do she said I didn’t know I asked if I could come tomorrow to either get my bags or get my food she said probably! It’s either a yes or a no!!! Horrible service!

All good. Grateful they allow bell ringers for the Salvation Army.
I use theOnline app to make my purchases . Then I go over and pick up the groceries and bring them home. There's times items are missing . I call them and offer to go back and pick them up or they'll re fun my money. They've been very great about that but for the most part I've had thing anything in My order be there
They sometimes have a lot of empty shelves. Or they are constantly moving stuff around. 1 of the deli ladies, the short chunky lady, was very rude. They don't like slicing my cheese the way I like it. They said it crumbles a lot & makes a mess. Apparently they r lazy & doesn't want to clean the area

Prices are continuing to rise way to much. How are seniors and those on fixed incomes going to survive. People are nice but Walmart in my opinion is taking advantage of people. Finally got chicken breasts today after waiting 3 weeks. Wish I could find a competing store with better prices. Walmart about the same. Only problem is they discontinued mocha great value coffee grounds. One of best coffees they ever carried. Really upset the stopped having it. Great taste.
Always out of stock and never any registers open especially on the busiest days which are Friday's.

Have to do your own bagging and they are discontinuing bags, and I don't even get a employee discount. No benefits for me doing the work. Next they are going to ask customers to get carts for themselves from the parking lot. Then you'll have to stock the shelves before you can go shopping for your items.

I love low prices. I love picking things out. I love not having to walk into the store. Pickup is wonderful. Very easy to find a spot, love it. The inside of this wal-mart... quite impressed. I felt the service level was higher than what I've come to expect. Let's put it this way, if there were 2 Wal-Marts within 45 minutes, I'd go here.
