Food was good. Service and management was horrendous tonight. No host to guide us for the first few minutes we entered. Inexperienced bartender behind the bar (very obvious) and he had NO support from the other staff which is unacceptable. I have been coming here for years and never had an experience close to this. And to top it off, the manager that I had to ask for didn't seem bothered by anything that we had to say about our experience. He didn't offer any sympathy, just excuses! Nothing was made right for us and we left unsatisfied. As someone who is also in the service industry, I am embarrassed and appalled at the lack of care and communication that management had with the staff and customers. A little dated interior but the staff and the food are spectacular. Every time I’ve been, I was greeted with friendly staff - hosts, servers, etc. Also impressed with how well the staff knows the menu. Someone at our table said her order and after taking everyone else’s, the waitress circled back and suggested another menu item that would get my friend the same thing she’d ordered but about $5 cheaper. We were regular customers coming in usually 3 times a week. We would always come in and instead of meals my husband and I would each order an appetizer because we preferred that over meals. Our dinners still usually came out to $30+. This last time we went and tried to order, our waitress told us her manager is now making waitstaff charge people who don't order full entrées. Dispite our bill still being the same cost as it would be with 2 meals, they were wanting to charge us over $7 just for chips! That's is crazy to me. When she told us this we decided to leave and have dinner somewhere else. The next day I called to talk to the manager, and he said he didn't like the rule but it's something the restaurant has always done... but that has never been something they did before this night. The manager was not rude, but he was short with me and was obviously annoyed, as was I. I know our weekly dinners don't make a huge difference to them regardless but they traded over $100 a week in business over $7 chips. I hope this is a decision they will reconsider in the future but until then we will go to other restaurants in the area. I have not been to this one in years, and in the past it was good. So was Norman location. However, it has really gone downhill. Fajitas were about the only thing that were good. One person did not like the flavor of his tacos nor did I like mine. Another got quesadilla that seemed like it was microwaved out of freezer rather than made on grill. It was soggy and floppy rather than crisp or even firm. Waitress appeared overworked. And, they put 5 of us at a small table for 4. For the price of the food ($84 for 5 people drinking water), I expected more. Hopefully they had a bad day or new cook. Would not recommend. Tortillas and queso were good. The tortillas are the whole reason I like to eat here. They are amazing! I wasn't a fan of my main meal, but that was fault, I tried something new, and I know better than to deviate from the things I like. Usually, my waiter/waitress is satisfactory. This day, we had Cassandra, and she was phenomenal!! We had a group of 8, and our glasses stayed full. She replaced tortillas, salsa, cheese, and chips the minute they were empty, and she was very attentive. She was the best waitress I have had in a long while. Good food, reasonable prices, had to wait 45 mins for a table on a week night, need to hire more servers so the food gets to table faster, it’s a little noisy hard to have conversations at your table. I do like the electronic pay devices at the tables because multiple parties at a table can actually pay for there own meals easily without the server having to break down tickets separately. Restaurant was clean & smelled clean & so were the bathrooms. Love the fresh prepared flour tortillas. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Tried Teds today. The carne asada fries were pretty good. Service was good. As someone who has eaten at many restaurants in this category, I felt like the prices were a bit high in comparison. Overall it was a good experience. I hope to come back and try the stuffed avocado. Free queso and home made tortillas, a delicious duo. Friendly staff and out waitress promptly refilled chips and drinks. The chimichanga was delicious. The chicken is better than the pork. Green Verde sauce is good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The people here are so nice and friendly. As soon as you walk in you feel very welcomed. The restaurant and the restrooms were really clean. Food was delicious and got lots on the portion.
