Takes very much time for preparing order we have ordered chili potato it took almost 70 min for 2 chilli potato and they told me only 15 to 20 min my experience was way more than worst

I would choose zero stars for the behaviour of its staff. I just wanna share a story that would explain to you how the services of Swaad.
If there were a restaurant in a radius of 500m of Swaad. Even Swaad got a good interface and taste, No one would go there. Just because of the behaviours of its staff. Once someone went there, after finishing the food, one of its staff was saying that you can't seat there alone, you have to order more food. Even, seats were unoccupied. If you don't have much space, wanna manage things. You should have told that guy politely. I think the team need to train on how they should talk to people.
We expect that Swaad would read this and shall take action accordingly.
