Unfortunately, just like many other chain restaurants, this one falls short. There is no real customer service. You order your food on a kiosk. The menu options have changed, and they don't have many of the items we used to enjoy. The food was subpar at best, and the environment is just not what it used to be. Literally the best steak and shake ever. The staff is always so kind to us and they always have everything freshly made. Ordered online in the restaurant at a kiosk, absolutely absurd no menus available whatsoever anymore I guess, good luck new customers. Completely ruined my dining experience, no longer an actual restaurant. Guess I just don't ever get to enjoy a classic dining experience.
