I got a Caramel Macchiato and the guy gave me hot milk. There is literally nothing in it. How bad do you have to be to mess up a simple drink?

I am a barista at a different location and this Starbucks is subpar. Given the amount of traffic they have, the actual size of this location is quite cramped for the employees and they have to work in this small space which is a concern. I have ordered here half a dozen times and my order has been either typed into the system incorrectly or the drink was made incorrectly every time.

I as an ex-partner hate to leave this review. I truly, truly do hate to do so, but I have to be direct in my feedback.
I came in during a break between classes and the staffing was not reflective of how busy it is. Furthermore, the person working the frappuchino bar was trained horribly. I watched him take extremely long to make the simplest drinks, messing up the steps and clearly forgetting ingredients until the last minute. He took fifteen minutes to make four drinks, and he was only (!) working the frappuchino bar.

Overpriced as inflation is causing most places to be but my order was correct and as expected. The staff was also friendly and I got my drink quickly.
